I asked you for a photo and you decided to send it to me as a base to be transformed into a painting of two centuries ago in the style of J.S.Sargent, perfect!

Before please follow these hints:

1. Look carefully at the portraits in the photo above if you want more inspiration you can go HERE.

2. Go near a window and look towards the light and avoid artificial lights

3. Check the reference images again and study the expressions of the characters depicted.

4. Also check the balance between light and shadow and how both fall on the subject (you).

5. If you can, try to dress appropriately so as to look like a lord or a lady of the nineteenth century.

6. When you send the photos try to send them to a size of about 2000 pixels. Not too small or too big.

7. Most important element: Use a tripod or ask someone to take the picture so you can see part of the body and the environment. avoid selfies.

8. Images must not be edited - only plain images.
